I like to think of myself as someone who helps turn vision into reality, and I have been fortunate to do just that in my career. Originally from St. Louis, I relocated to Tampa in 2022 to join the University of South Florida (USF). Before USF, I served as Executive Director of the Office of Career Development at Boston University and as Associate Director of Career Development at Auburn University. A lifelong learner, I hold a B.S. in Psychology, an M.Ed. in Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Adult Education. 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to work in a variety of prestigious universities, providing mental health, academic, and career counseling. Today, I am proud to serve as Associate Vice President / Executive Director of the Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) at USF, a role I truly love. From supporting students to collaborating with our exceptional CCPD and Student Success staff, I find joy in the work I do and the challenges that come with it each day. My role shifts with every project, allowing me to draw on my strengths in adaptability, relationship-building, and change management. This combination of experience and education has prepared me to serve with integrity as a trust-based leader who aims to empower others to achieve their own goals.
